Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges depend on size, weight, value and delivery options and charges are clearly shown within the shopping basket. If any item you have chosen is unavailable; we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 48 hours.

Delivery Options

Items will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or an appropriate alternative within approximately 1 working day of receipt of the payment.

Standard Delivery items would normally be delivered within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch and may require a signature, however we have no control over the delivery schedule of our delivery partners.

Alternatively items can be dispatched by Next Working Day Delivery and tracked online (Monday to Friday). Should you require a Saurday delivery then please contact us prior to placing an order.

If we become aware of any reason why your goods are going to be delayed we will notify you by e mail or phone straight away.

Additional Information

To protect ourselves from fraud, products will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

hoos always puts the customer first, therefore we operate a no quibble returns policy. Although we hope you will be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason this is not the case, simply return it to us within 7 days (the 7 day period commences when you receive the product) and we'll exchange the item or refund the purchase price.

All items will be checked prior to posting, however, in regards to damaged items, please advise us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Should you order arrive separately (i.e. items shipped at different times) then the 7 day return period commences when you receive that item.

For a full refund, goods must be returned, with all packaging, in their original unused condition.

Quote your order reference number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

All winners will be offered a choice of products (within the RRP range for that prize draw) unless otherwise stated.
